Additional Contacts
Available with any of the following plans

- MyPet Pampered
You can set up additional contacts for pets within your account. In this article, learn how to do this, and how to manage them in the future
Setting up an additional contact
You can set up your additional contacts by clicking Additional contacts from your dashboard.

Next choose Add from the additional contacts menu. Once you click this you’ll be able to add all the details.

The next step is to add your additional contacts. You can add all the details, or just the details you want to. Once you’ve added them all you can select All pets, or you can uncheck this box to select specific pets.

If you add any pets in the future you’ll need to come back here to add your additional contact to this pet as well. This only sets the person as the additional contact for existing pets.
Managing additional contacts
Once you’ve clicked save this additional contact will be available if an authorised user searches your pet’s microchip. If you’re a MyPet Pampered user they will also appear when your pet’s tag is scanned assuming you have the additional contacts enabled when configuring your pet’s tag. You can manage additional contacts by clicking the additional contact from the Additional contacts menu. Once you’ve clicked on it you’ll be able to update any of the details or remove the additional contact.

Updating an additional contact
After you’ve clicked on the additional contact you can make any updates then click Save.

Removing an additional contact
To remove an additional contact, click Remove as shown below. One you click this you’ll get

You’ll then just need to confirm the removal and the additional contact will be removed.
