First login to your account here: https://app.mypethq.io/login
Step 2
Once logged in navigate to my account by clicking the icon in the top right hand corner and then My Account.
Step 3
Once in my account scroll to the bottom and click Cancel. This will then take you through to Stripe our payment provider
Step 4
Click Cancel within Stripe
