  1. Login to your MyPet Account here: https://app.mypethq.io/login
  2. Click on pets
  3. Click on each pet
  4. In a few seconds we will display the offer of 5 weeks free insurance if you and your pet are eligible. If we don’t display the insurance your pet isn’t eligible. (It won’t take more than 5 seconds to see if your pet is eligible.)
