Exceptional pricing:

We do nearly everything over our website. We do have the ability to register, update and transfer pet microchips over the phone but this costs us a lot more to do. We have some specialist pricing for this:

1. Registering a microchip with an email or mobile phone number – £20.00
2. Registering a microchip without an email or phone number – £30.00
3. Updating your details over the phone – £10.00

Why do we charge more for no email or mobile phone number

Over the life of a pet, we’ll have to communicate with a pet owner several times, on things such as sending their certificate, changing terms and conditions and some other items. Our platform is built to do this via email and SMS. Without these, our team need to prepare letters and call people. This costs a lot of money, so we need to pass those costs on.
