If you already have a MyPet Basic account and want to upgrade to MyPet Protected or Pampered you can follow these steps.
Step 1
Sign in to your MyPet account here: https://app.mypethq.io/login.
Step 2
Once signed in click the basket icon as shown below.
Step 3
On the next page, you can see a breakdown of MyPet Protected and MyPet Pampered. Learn more about our plans HERE.
Step 4
Click Continue on your chosen plan. You can also choose between Annual and Monthly. This will take you through to our checkout.
Step 5
This will then take you through to our checkout, where you can enter the required details and click Subscribe.
Step 6
You’re all done. Once your payment is complete we’ll let you know and you can set up your MyPet plan Features. If you choose MyPet Pampered, your Smart pet tags will ship within 24 hours! 🙂
