I’m the new owner of a pet. How do I transfer them to my details/account?
Step 1
First up register HERE or login HERE. If you’re registering for the first time you’ll get an email allowing you to verify your email.
Step 2
If you just created an account you’ll need to add your details as shown below.

Step 3
After registering you will go to the “Add a pet screen”. If you already have an account go to “Create Pet”
On the Add a new Pet Page enter the microchip number
Our platform will run some checks after this and decide what to do next. If our platform decides to run some checks you’ll see the pop up shown below. If no checks are needed you’ll be able to register straight away with no checks.

Always check the type, breed and colour. If these don’t match double check the microchip number and get in touch with us HERE as there may be a microchip mix up!
Step 4
If we decided some checks are needed you’ll see the pop up below and the process will start.

We keep a history of all transfers, so even if a mistake is made we know who the previous owners are!
Step 5
The existing/old keeper will then get a series of emails and texts over a week that look like the image below. As soon as they click confirm the pet moves to your account as the new keeper.

Remember by the 8th day, even if the pet owner hasn’t confirmed we will transfer the pet to your account.
Step 6
You will then receive an email to confirm your details! It looks a bit like the below! Click the button and you’ll then confirm the details!

Step 7
Now you’ll be brought to the page to confirm your details! First confirm your details then your pet’s details.
After this you can then select a plan!

Step 8
Once you have selected your plan. (See all our plans here) You’ll then receieve your pet’s microchip registration certificate.
If you selected a premium plan you can then set up all your premium features!
