How do I reset my password for my account?

If you can't remember your password all is not lost. You can quickly reset it by following these steps:

Step 1:

First navigate here: https://app.mypethq.io/forgot-password

Step 2:

Enter your email address and click Reset Password. (You can also reset via your mobile number in the same way)

Step 3:

You'll then receive an email from us. (If you don't receive an email you probably don't have an account with us. Contact us if you think you should have got an email)

Click Reset password in this email. This will then open a webpage to create a new password

Step 4:

Enter and then confirm your new password as shown below. Then click Submit
