This is a new Implanter tool. If you'd like access please get in touch with our support team

When you login to your account you'll have the option to register microchips. You'll see this on your Dashboard and in your left hand menu as shown below!

Microchips

Once you click this you'll be taken to our new microchip registration tool. From here you can register microchips:

To register a microchip the first thing you should to do if Find or create the users account. To do this type in the keeper / owner's email address.

By typing in the users email we will check if they have an existing email. If they do you'll be able to register the microchips, if they don't have an account you'll be able to create an account t for them.  In the Example image below it shows a new account being created.

When the user does not have an account we'll ask you to add some details about the keeper as shown below!

Once you've added the keeper details and clicked Create Account you'll then be able to add pets as shown below.

At a minimum you'll need to enter the Microchip Number and the pet Name.

You can also now scan microchips if you're registering on your phone as well as search for them in your available microchips!

Once you have entered all of the pet details you can click Register Microchip. This will register the microchip and email the keeper / owner a link to set up their account and confirm all of their details.

You can also check Litter Registration and this will allow you to bulk register microchips, copying the same details over for the next animal. You'll see a list of all of the microchips in a bulk registration when you use this checkbox as shown below.

When you click Send Registration Email we will send one email allowing the new keeper / owner to confirm all the pets at once.

Don't worry if you forget to click this, if you're inactive for 30 minutes, we'll send the email automatically

Here is the email the new keeper / owner will get when you register a microchip:

When they click this email, if they don't already have a password they can set one and then confirm their details as shown below:
