If you already have a MyPet Basic account and want to upgrade to MyPet Protected or Pampered you can follow these steps. ### Step 1 Sign in to your MyPet account here: [https://app.mypethq.io/login](https://app.mypethq.io/login). ### Step 2 Once signed in click the basket icon as shown below. ![](https://mypethq.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/Screenshot-2025-06-01-at-20.02.53-1024x563.png) ### Step 3 On the next page, you can see a breakdown of MyPet Protected and MyPet Pampered. You can also choose between Annual and Monthly.
