My Pet Has Passed Away, What Should I Do?

I’m really sorry to hear your pet has passed away. You can mark your pet as passed away by doing the following:

  1. Logging into your account
  2. Clicking on “Pets”
  3. Clicking on the pet that has passed away
  4. At the bottom of the page you will see a button called “Pet Passed away”
  5. Confirm this
  6. Your pet will be taken off your account
