Administration charges

Registering microchips via our call centre

If you choose to complete your registration over the phone we charge an administration fee of £19.99 to register your microchip. This also covers any updates required in the future. 

Updating your details via our call centre

If you're pet's microchip has already been registered by a vet, implanter or rescue you can easily update these on our website by following these steps: https://support.mypethq.io/how-do-i-update-my-details

If you'd like to update this over the phone we charge £19.99. This also covers any updates required in the future.
