Setting up your Pet's Smart pet tag

Learn how to set up your Pet's new Smart tag

Available for MyPet Pampered Members only

Your Smart Pet Tag will be dispatched usually within 24 hours of subscribing to MyPet Pampered (we'll email you tracking information).

To set up your tag:
  1. Use your smartphone to scan the QR code on the tag, or tap the tag against your phone (most modern smartphones support NFC).
  2. If the tag hasn't been set up yet, you'll be prompted to log in to your MyPet account.
  3. Select which pet to attach the tag to.
  4. That's it — your tag is now linked to your pet's profile.
